How secure is Fulfil?
We're SOC 2 compliant and provide our SOC 2 report to customers. All data is encrypted at rest, and we use SSL everywhere. We operate across multiple data centers in the US on Google Cloud Platform infrastructure.
Is our data backed up? How often?
Yes. We maintain continuous backups with retention policies that support multi-year data storage. Your data is backed up across multiple data centers.
Where are the servers that store our data?
Multiple data centers across the United States, all on Google Cloud Platform infrastructure.
Can you fill our custom security questionnaires?
Yes. We regularly complete customer security questionnaires and provide our SOC 2 report.
Can I export our data if we ever want to leave?
Yes. Given the scale of data most merchants have (thousands of SKUs, millions of orders), we provide your data as a BigQuery dataset with heavily denormalized tables that make it easy to query and retain for years. File attachments are provided as a Google Cloud Storage bucket.

Does Fulfil have an API? Can we integrate with Fulfil?
Yes. We have an admin REST API for general operations, plus three purpose-built APIs designed specifically for rapid integration development: one for 3PL integrations, one for sales channel connections, and one for shipping carrier integrations.
These specialized APIs handle the most common integration patterns without requiring custom development.
What's your customer support like? What if we need help?
Create tickets directly from Fulfil. Our team works around the clock because DTC operations at scale don't stop at 5pm. Mark something as critical and someone jumps on it immediately.
Most customers have a named success manager who knows your business inside and out. Unlike support teams that rotate shifts, success managers work US Eastern hours and maintain continuity with your account.
Is Fulfil available in languages other than English?
Fulfil is primarily in English. The WMS has Spanish localization. Currency formatting, decimal formats, and dates automatically adapt to where your users are located.
Who is Fulfil built for?
